Our story

The founder of Seamless Rightsizing, Anuja Pereira, helped her own parents rightsize in 2013. She saw firsthand how emotional and complicated the process can be: sorting through years of belongings, preparing a home for sale, finding the right next place, and managing all the details in between.

Seamless Rightsizing grew from a simple observation: seniors deserve more support than the traditional real estate process provides.

Too often, older homeowners are treated like any other seller. They are handed a listing agreement, a For Sale sign, and a tight timeline. But for someone who has lived in the same home for three or four decades, that is not a thoughtful plan. It's a recipe for overwhelm.

So we built something different.
